This page is dedicated to all things related to restroom and class traveling procedures. Here at DHS we have invested lots of time and money into our School Conductor digital pass systems to keep track of out-of-the-classroom travels during instructional hours. The new digital pass systems plans to reduce interruptions, improve accuracy and create consistent schoolwide procedures for everyday use. Please be sure that you are aware of the NEW regulations concerning classroom travel as well as the NEW process for obtaining a pass. Details below:
* Students are allowed TWO (2) general passes per day. This includes restroom passes (6min) and other (nurse, library, counselor for 10min).
1.) Step #1 = Students are to use the button presented below to generate the hall pass link.
2.) Step#2 = Students are to type in the Dr. Davis specific class code: SQQN
3.) Step #3 = Students will still grab the PHYSICAL PASS on the wall in the classroom. Since there can only be ONE student out of the room at a time, if the physical pass is gone, no additional passes can be created until the student pass returns.
*NOTE: The pass number will AUTOMATICALLY be deducted from the daily count. Student time out of the classroom will be observed on the teacher dashboard.
