AP Summer Assignment
1. Go to ApushReview.com (Link found here) and find the Period 1 review videos for Key Concepts 1.1 and 1.2.
Below each video will be a link for fill-in-the-blank notes that accompany each video. Fill these out as you watch.
Study tip: Watching just once is unlikely to help you MASTER the content!
2. Read Chapter 1 from Howard Zinn’s Book “A People’s History of the United States” and answer the accompanying questions. Content from this chapter will also be on your first quiz at the end of the first week of school. The textbook link can be found below.
3. Read Chapter 1 in the American Pageant online textbook and complete the chapter reading guide. It is helpful to print the reading guide for more effective studying.
Week 2 of school will require you to read both chapters 2 and 3. If you want to get ahead, read these as well.
